The Upper Bay Charter Captains Association (UBCCA) is an organization whose members hold both United States Coast Guard captain license and a Maryland Fishing Guide license. The Association is dedicated to the promotion of the Upper Chesapeake Bay. Our primary focus is to offer world class Striped Bass fishing plus great opportunities for Black Drum, Bluefish, Croaker, Flounder, Perch, Spanish Mackerel, Spot, Trout, and others. Boats of all sizes are available also for cruising and sightseeing to many upper Chesapeake locations including Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Rock Hall, Kent Island, St. Michaels, Annapolis, and Tilghman Island and many other areas throughout the Bay region.

Captain Hogg's charter fishing service in the lower Chesapeake Bay of Virginia provides charter fishing at its very best. We fish half and full day charters throughout the summer, winter, spring and fall. Charter fishing during the summer months in the Hampton Roads area of the lower Chesapeake Bay boats many citation size cobia, red drum and black drum. For saltwater anglers interested in catching fish using lighter tackle, we also offer bottom fishing charters for flounder, spot, croaker, bluefish, stripers, and trout, as well as wreck fishing charters for spadefish, and sheepshead.
